Weather Policy

Safety is our top priority. Please read our weather policy before your event.

Wind

Inflatables must be deflated and secured when sustained winds exceed 15 mph or gusts exceed 20 mph. Our staff and/or the renter are responsible for monitoring conditions throughout the event.

Rain

Light rain is generally acceptable for most inflatables. However, rentals should be halted during heavy rain, thunderstorms, or lightning. Wet surfaces can become slippery — please supervise all participants closely.

Lightning & Severe Weather

All outdoor inflatables must be immediately vacated and deflated if lightning is observed or thunder is heard. Do not resume use until 30 minutes after the last lightning strike.

Weather Cancellations

If severe weather (sustained winds over 25 mph, electrical storms, or other dangerous conditions) is forecast on your event day, you may reschedule at no charge. Please contact us by 8:00 AM on the day of your event.

Cancellations due to light rain, mild weather, or forecasted-but-not-occurring weather are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
