Terms of Service

By booking with connner, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to a signed rental agreement. The renter assumes full responsibility for the safe use of all equipment during the rental period.

Supervision

An adult must supervise all inflatables and rental equipment at all times. Children under 3 years old should not use standard bounce houses without age-appropriate equipment.

Prohibited Activities

• No shoes, glasses, jewelry, or sharp objects inside inflatables.
• No silly string, face paint, confetti, or wet food near inflatables.
• No flips, roughhousing, or overcrowding beyond posted capacity limits.
• No use during rain, wind over 15 mph, or electrical storms.

Damage & Liability

The renter is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines. Normal wear and tear is expected and covered. Damage beyond normal wear will be billed at the cost of repair or replacement.

Setup Requirements

The renter is responsible for providing a clear, flat area for setup. Please remove all debris, lawn furniture, and obstacles before our arrival. We reserve the right to refuse setup in unsafe conditions.

Payment

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified at checkout.

Modifications

connner reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
