Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below.

Cancellations by Customer

  • 7+ days before event: Full refund of any deposit paid.
  • 3–6 days before event: 50% of the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
  • Less than 72 hours: The full deposit is non-refundable.
  • Day of event (no-show): Full rental amount is charged.

Rescheduling

We're happy to reschedule your booking at no charge, subject to availability, if you notify us at least 72 hours before your event date.

Cancellations by connner

In the rare event that we must cancel your booking (equipment failure, safety concerns, etc.), you will receive a full refund or priority rebooking at your choice.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your booking.
